Newcastle Plumbing were unable to fix the water hammer in our kitchen. They came out twice and were able to dull the sound temporarily. We were charged over $700, and unfortunately they would not return to try again as they said it couldn't be fixed. We went through another company who came out for one visit and were able to fix the hammer.
We haven't used Newcastle Plumbing for other services, and from past reviews they appear great. For our issue and I guess more complex plumbing issues, I wish we had used an alternative provider from the start to avoid paying double.

After considerable frustration because my water tank pump would not connect to town water automatically Newcastle Plumbing was chosen to replace the faulty and then suggested I consider an additional float to avoid the problems in future. I was very pleased and satisfied.

We have used Newcastle Plumbing services for quite a few years now, from replacing old copper pipes inside & out, blocked drains, installing new bathroom vanities, laundry tub to our lastest job of installing a new kitchen & we highly recommend their service. We have found Dave has always been willing to go that extra mile for us, which is very much appreciated when dealing with trades. Installing our new kitchen ourselves we were desparate for the plumbing to be done so that we could complete it before my husband returned to work & even though they were very busy Dave understood our time frame
