Jason and his partner was very punctual (10 minutes early in fact) friendly and quick. Price was good, and willing to do the extra detail of spilled make-up products that we had given up on despite having 3 other jobs on his ticket.

Im absolutely disgusted with this company jeff was absolutly rude to my mother poor customer service needs an attitude adjustment the carpets were not done properly still wet after 3 days. Got promised furniture would have been moved but it clearly didn't. The only thing that was moved was a lounge in the lounge room where he got my mother to move it with him and he had her do other tasks for him and she is disabled and was crying out in pain so not very happy with this company will never ever use this company in the future. Next time dont come in with a bad attitude you were lucky that she allowed

Joe was fantastic. We were in a spot of bother from partially flooding and Joe made it a priority to help us the same day. He also did the work that needed doing, not over quoting like the other cleaning companies we contacted. Joe was nice, professional and did a great job. It's nice to know a company that also has excellent customer service.

Quoted a price by Joe who was advised at the time that the carpet was in a bad state. Jeff shows Up, he is rude and derisive speaking down to us staying that Joe "doesn't have to do the job" and there is NO WAY he can do it for the price quoted before refusing to do the job as the pensioner could not afford triple the quoted price. Upon further discussion with Joe, I was told to take it up with the real estate as he is starting to refuse end of lease cleans. Disgusting backtrack on a verbal contract backed by rude service!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would as I let them into my house to do an end of lease clean on one bedroom and then left the premises, only to come home and see that they had taken my $80 and not even cleaned the carpet. The room did not smell like it had been cleaned and the carpet was filthy with debris, dirt and grass clippings still sitting on the surface of the carpet where it had been walked into the house. I have contacted the owner or manager a couple of times to tell him that the technician had done this and was basically called a liar, stating that ‘the technician said it
