Wow, These guys are brilliant! They were able to clean our carpets and lounges before we sold the house and the had come out looking spectacular. We have to large dogs that did live inside the house and you would not have known they were ever there. Could not recommend anyone so highly. Quick, responsive and spectacular job

Got in a spot of bother in NYE when someone I had booked to do a steam never showed up. Gave these guys a call and they got the job done within a couple of hour of calling them. Raman and his off sider were fast, friendly and did such a great job. Thank you both so much for helping me out!

Raman and his team stripped and Re-Surfaced our vinyl flooring in a very busy beauty salon. The result was amazing. We had considered replacing the vinyl before Newcastle Carpet & Floor Cleaning worked their magic. They now maintain the floor every 2 months with a polish and clean. Do not use this company!!!! After our kitchen tiles had been cleaned this company had left chemical spray marks along the entire bottom of our kitchen & appliances. The bottoms of our kitchen cupboards were swollen with water & they then proceeded to crack. They caused a significant amount of water damage and when notified refused to take any ownership whatsoever. I would NEVER recommend using their services as I would hate for anyone to ever be in the same situation.

We had a brand new kitchen installed and decided to have our tiles cleaned. Worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of paying for. Chemicals damaged our brand new oven and dishwasher and damage to bottom of our brand new kitchen cabinetry. My wife and are devastated. Raman then assured me it would be fixed and sent a tradesperson to our… house. This did not occur, he sent a tradesman he paid to assess the damage as a pre existing condition and never got back to me. Since been told they are not accepting responsibility. Terrible service, terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
