Paid John $3k for a pre build quotation which should have included him doing a soil test and other work. Then paid the firm he was introducing me close to $20k. Months have gone by, no work has been carried over out, no contact from the firm he introduced me, no contact from John. I understand there are a few out there in the same boat as me. Stay away from this man!
