I would like to give Dan a thumbs up for the major repairs to a leaking roof on our commercial building. Kept me informed as to when he was coming to do the job and sent a follow up email after it rained to make sure all was right. Would highly recommend this company.

Our hot water cylinder went 2 days before Christmas in 2017. I rang a few plumbers who simply laughed at me. Finally I got onto Dan who said he would come around after he had finished his work for the day!! He arrived at 5.00pm and inspected the system and advised we needed a replacement. With 1 day to go before Christmas - I thought I am in trouble. Dan offered to come out the following morning (Sunday morning) and replace the system for me. He did so and we had a great Christmas that year - with all our guests enjoying hot water!

Used twice now and great service each time. Once was maintenance inside and the other was to correct a flooding issue in the back area with water coming downhill from neighbours. No worries about it at all now, and cheery great service each time. Also never seen my varandah so clean as after he left as they cleaned up after completing the job.

Contacted Dan for a service call to my hot water. He was prompt, as the matter was somewhat urgent he made the call a priority. Being an older person living in the Buderim community I am somewhat concerned about allowing people into my home. Dan is courteous, respectful and extremely helpful with information about the problem. He is also the neatest tradesman I have encountered in my lifetime. He cleans up after all his work. I have had him back several times to do other jobs for me and recommend him highly.

Dan is an excellent plumber. Provides a professional, quality service. Arrived at the scheduled time, did the job properly the first time. As someone new to the sunny and coast not knowing any locals this was a great relief. I've since used him several times for maintenance jobs around the house and to put some additional drainage in. He won't disappoint.
