Arrived and before entering our home I simply wanted informed financial consent and asked what the fees and charges were as we had been ripped off previously by others and he said there was a $99 service charge just to come to site. I said it was outside of our budget (had just paid another plumber nearly $400 to fix the toilet issues and the upstairs toilet was left leaking worse than before!) and I declined his services and he got angry and stormed away. On the CCTV cameras I then observed him in our driveway ripping the gate and intercom cable from its' connection thinking we wouldn't notice
