The Urban Abodes team was very informative and supportive during my apartment search. I was only in Chicago for one day to find my apartment and Natalie showed me the perfect location. The application process was seamless and quick, as the entire team was responsive and worked well together to get my application prepared and approved. Gabriela was so amazing! We spoke on a Monday morning, she was able to show me the apartment that afternoon and also made time for a second showing later in the week. I ran into some bumps throughout the process and she was able to work with me and my situation and I was able to find a very cute apartment that worked with my budget. I really did not expect to have such a great experience with urban abodes when I first connected with them. Two of their agents helped me out so much in a number of ways. Instead of just showing me one unit a building like previous agents had done, they took me to see every single room in the building which allowed me to find a room that fit my exact needs and was not posted anywhere online.
