Services
Major works had been carried out at a neighbouring property causing damage to the bedrock base of this residence. This caused major structural cracking in the walls, render and tiles in every room over four levels. We carried out substantial rectification works to all rooms and areas on all floors internally and externally and the house was totally renovated.
Repairs and renovation to the old Westpac building in Newcastle, known as McGrath's house. The damaged building was out of plumb, the front columns and all ornate corbels were cracked and needed replacing. We cut and propped back the building to a plumb state; the ornate corbel courses were recast and rendered and the internal of the building was repaired, antique sandstone rendered and totally refurbished.
This modern school in Sydney's North West had water enter the hall during a severe thunderstorm. The water flowed underneath the timber flooring of the hall and all the boards were damaged and cupped. Engineers were contracted to ensure any further stormwater was diverted away from the hall. Once the floorboards were taken up and the timber underlay was lifted you could see water lying on and underneath the plastic layer.

Garage Workshop Renovation
We had removal of an old 1965 large garage and workshop roof to be replaced with a pitched metal roof with loft storage and ventilation louvre windows.
Brad Ring from Ring Group Builders came and gave us a detailed quote . Starting date and job progress was kept to schedule. Grant and Mike were excellent. Totally professional, worked hard every day for four months, with good power tools, great attitude and attention for detail. They used quality materials and had a good relationship with their suppliers. All inspections passed. They tidied and cleaned up every afternoon

We had Ring Group Builders demolish a window and construct a triple stacker sliding door and form concrete steps from our dining room to access the backyard entertainment area. Grant and Mike were so meticulous and they have done a wonderful job and we can’t believe how good it looks and how much it has enhanced our access to our yard.
