Pat and the team at Jabiru Plumbing rescued our family! Woke up to no hot water no Friday morning, not good coming into the weekend. Called Pat who promptly recognized we wouldn't be able to make it through the weekend, so adjusted his schedule and arranged for a temporary hot water system to be installed that day. Pat then provided us with a number of replacement options and guidance over the weekend, resulting in our new system being installed first thing yesterday morning. Amazing service, professional guidance and above all, that old fashion "care factor" - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks Pat

I am amazed at the quality of Ben's service in installing my tap! He was immensely kind and his explanations for certain features of my new tap were very helpful. We have got Jabiru plumbing out for all our plumbing jobs since Ben "rescued" me late one Friday afternoon when my kitchen sink pipe burst and flooded the kitchen! I am so happy with the excellent friendly communication, genuine caring and very reasonable prices. Pat or Ben have come out at least 5 times now for private and body corp jobs. Another time we had a leak in a pipe under the concrete that they dealt with really well and always leave the job tidy and clean. I highly recommend them as a friendly small business service with care and ethics.

Ben did an amazing job! Even though we weren't 100% certain what the real cause of our issues were, he came prepared and resolved our leak and pressure issue with no problem! He was very informative, gave advice to help maintain our new taps and what to watch out for, and overall went above and beyond what we had expected. Apart from being really professional, Ben was a stand up guy! I would highly recommend Jabiru Plumbing Services to anyone who needed a reliable plumber.
