Tasbuilt were quick to provide a building proposal from the original design that we provided. The communication was great, with Ben and his colleagues keeping us informed of options and timing. Tasbuilt listened to what we wanted for Bronzewing Cottages, then helped us to detail the design. We were given a quote that was comprehensive, and we knew exactly what the contract involved. Our whole experience with the build was positive with no unexpected surprises, but opportunities to fine tune the design.

Tasbuilt provide a very professional end to end service. They are very good at planning their work and then it all goes like clockwork. The quality of their build is excellent and they are very proactive with councils, building surveyors and other government agencies, making the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality and reliable builder.

I believe Tasbuilt created one of the best homes in Tasmania for us. We had an incredible block of land to start with and their design suited it perfectly. But it was the execution of the project which was stunning. We were unable to visit the site for 10 months due to the pandemic but Ben and his team meticulously made sure everything was done perfectly from council right down to the faultless paintwork. We will be building with Tasbuilt again, just have to find that block of land.

We would like to thank James and all the staff at Tasbuilt Homes for our new custom built house. The whole process from start to finish went extremely well with Tasbuilt handling all the Council permits, applications and requirements. Living Interstate was not a problem because James kept us up to date at all times and he was very attentive to any changes or questions we had.
