Hired the company through their Brisbane website not realising they have a bunch of identical names they hide behind. Was not until after I experienced their services that I discovered all the other bad reviews and and had the same experience. Cleaners showed up and after 6 hours of 'cleaning' I honestly couldn't tell you what they had done. Kitchen bench had clear marks. Many surfaces such as shelves, drawers and cupboards had not been wiped done let alone dusted. Floors were not vacuumed or mopped. Toilets, mirrors and showers had not been cleaned, no wall spot cleaning done or switches and outlets

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They cancelled the afternoon before the clean was scheduled, and I had already paid them. After many calls to them begging them to come out and do the job, they did, but they didn't clean everywhere they promised to clean. 3 "recleans" later and nothing had been properly cleaned still. I paid for another cleaner to finish the job.
They do not honour their guarantee.
If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

For peace of mind do NOT book with this company. My bond cleaning job was confirmed, rescheduled the day before it was meant to occur and then cancelled with less than 18 hours notice. This has left me stranded with no cleaner and the company was made fully aware when they rescheduled that they were rescheduling the day I was handing back the keys. All I was offered was my deposit back. Absolutely disgraceful and will cost me part of my bond.

Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had from a cleaning company. Don’t believe what their website tells you! We had 1 cleaner show up for a bond clean at our 4 bedroom property and he bought TWO DOGS WITH HIM, leaving his dog food containers on our deck when he left! When we received our exit report, a quarter of the clean hadn’t even been attempted i.e. cobwebs, deck and multiple spaces inside were untouched and when we tried to book a reclean (as per their website guarantee) they kept saying they’d get it sorted in 24-48 hours and then they’d no-show. We ended up having to pay another

They cancel my job without any refund, saying:
1) smoke coming out of the property which make it unsafe for the cleaner. (Not true, no smoke in the house at all!)
2) property is not completely vacant. (True, I still got some last minute stuff not yet put into the car.)
So be careful with this company.

I do not recommend ever using this Company. We booked them into do a Bond Clean on a Rental Property. They didn't even mop the floors or wipe done the bench tops. They spent more time take photos than actually cleaning the property. They charge a lot of money for no actually service.

Do not use this company. After 3 returns to clean, issues were still not resolved. A detailed list was supplied by the property manager of what was missed and still dust and superficial cleaning remained after the third attempt. The cleaner damaged a blind While I was present and then denied it later the company. The superficial dust left behind was also claimed to have been caused by me after he had left. Terrible experience and will not recommend.

We had a terrible experience engaging this company. After three return cleans there were still multiple issues that had been raised by the property manager and ourselves and not addressed. Damage caused on a blind that was admitted to at the time by the cleaner but the company denied it ever occurring. Customer service on follow up was shocking taking no accountability at all for the work carried out. Definitely do not recommend.

I had some experience with this company. They said if you can not pass the cleaning inspection, they will send someone and clean the dirty places. However, they wanted to charge an extra 80 dollars to clean the dirty places in the house. It is not a trustworthy company.
