We have over 40 plus years experience as Big Red Services offering Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile/Grout Cleaning & Leather Cleaning, Mattress Sanitization, Fabric Protection & Pest Management including Termites & Bird Control on the Gold Coast. Commenced in 1979, our services have always covered residential and commercial areas for our clients.
Big Red Pest Management has been providing a professional Pest Management Services for all area's on the Gold Coast since 1979, that's over FORTY years. We are based at Ashmore and service from Yatala in the north to Kingscliff in the south and of course, everything in between. For large contracts we also cover the Brisbane CBD.
Tiles vary from house to house, they could be Porcelain, Terracotta, Slate, Granite, all of these require different cleaning solutions and techniques. Generally we complete a Patch Test for our Clients so they can see the difference cleaning will actually make to an area. All areas to be cleaned are measured up properly, we don't guess, we actually measure the whole area.

We have used the Big Red carpet cleaning service for our building stairwell for a few years and have been mostly happy with the results; this time, however, we had a terrible outcome.
None of the stains lifted and the very obvious wet patches on 3 stairs took 4 days to dry and looked much worse after they were “cleaned”. The stairwell smelled better for 2 days and that is the only positive.
I complained to our BC manager and Narelle called me. While she admitted the carpet cleaner was new and didn’t treat the wet patches correctly, she took no accountability but basically blamed me for

From my first enquiry through to the job being completed, I was most impressed with the promptness, efficiency and end result. I called one day the the job was completed the next. We had quite stained outdoor furniture and the results were BRILLIANT. I can not recommend BIG RED SERVICES more highly! Very good value for money!

They sent someone out to clean our woollen rugs and mattress with 4 weeks experience. He has flooded our rugs which took over 4 days to dry. My partner spoke and arranged for them to come back and rectify the issue. They didn't show at the stated time. Spoke to Narelle who was argumentative with me and she then contacted my partner to arrange another time and continued to argue with my partner and kept harping we were wrong and she was right. Will not use this company again.

Recently got my Mum's Carpets cleaned and was very impressed with the price and helpful, friendly service. Mum's carpets were heavily stained form dog pee and lots of food and drink spills. The Carpet was in such a bad way we were thinking we might have to replace it. The carpet came up like new. Thanks Narelle and Steve at Big Red, you saved us heaps. Highly recommend them .

The quality of his work was of the highest standard and showed he cared so much about his Job.We had other cleaning companies who wouldn t even clean the couch it was very dirty Matt cleaned it so well its like it was new .
