Hunter Eco Plumbers are specialist hot water plumbers that can install, repair, service or replace your hot water system. Got a Quote for a replacement Hotwater system which seemed pretty excessive and was told the reason for the price is to replace the pipes and valves if required. Thankfully I called around a few other suppliers and found Hunter Eco Plumbing were on average between $500-$800 more expensive, I was able to get same size system with replacement pipes and valves inclusive of price for $820 less than their quoted price.

Disappointing customer experience. Charged a fee just to quote for the job, then took months to deliver a quote that matched what we asked for. The quote costs kept inflating, but the company stopped responding to requests to explain why. After a while we decided it was best to cut our losses. We wrote-off our $120 fee and engaged another provider, who delivered exactly what we wanted, to a much higher standard than Hunter Eco Plumbing had quoted, and all at a fraction of the cost (and without a fee for the privilege of providing a quote).

Our dealings with this company started with an emergency at 1.30am on weekday. Jacob came out and fixed the problem within minutes and also gave us great service for future prevention. He has been out again this week and installed some great "ease of use" devices. He has always been prompt and courteous and never pushy. I would recommend this company and particularly Jacob to anyone.
