These guys are great. We had our old solar system drained and disconnected, and a new heat pump supplied and installed. From organising the quote and booking in the job, to getting it all done and the service after the fact, it has all been a very positive experience. We are now organising using them again for future work on our place.

Had a gas meter relocation. The guy did a fantastic job. He clearly explained everything. He had to dig up some lawn and there was a pattern of bricks to remove. He put everything back in place and I additionally asked (on the day🙄) to rediect the copper pipe so it was flush again the brick wal. No problem he said 👍🏼 Great work and thank you for cleaning up too!

Dylan (plumber) was punctual, efficient, friendly and his customer service was great!
He cleared a tree root blocked drain, checked another 3 drains, repaired a water leak and capped off a redundant water pipe, all in 2 hours. He cleaned as he went, and offered advice and options for everything along the way.
We agreed rates before getting underway, and I would use these guys again for sure.

Our hot water service needed replacing - water was running out on Saturday night. I emailed on Saturday night and had a prompt response. I rang with a major problem with my old hot water service and within 30 minutes there was someone at my house .. to access my situation and offer a solution. The only solution was to install a new service so we worked out the best system for my needs and just after 7am the next morning the boys were here to close off my old system and install the new one. From my first contact on the phone everyone I dealt with were helpful, polite, friendly and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a company.
