It guarantees that if we receive notification from you or your real estate agent, we'll come back to the residence or commercial premise to re-clean any problem areas - free of charge. Our bond back guarantee only covers the cleaning aspects of the bond, those provided in our quote and checklists.

Ly and her team did an amazing job cleaning our rental when we vacated, and they also went above and beyond when it came to communication and follow-up. The level of detail and professionalism far exceeded other cleaners we have worked with in the past. Other cleaners need to take note and watch-out. I can't recommend Renigen enough and thank you.
