I expected a response of we'll see you after the holidays, but to my surprise Tim was able to fit me in on the day. The clean was superb! Disinfected, thoroughly cleaned and smells damn good! Both Terrie & Tim are on top of their game _ from an amazing customer service to amazingly clean carpets! I have used Sydney Metro twice. I was so pleased both times. Tim is highly experienced, exercised great care of antique Persian carpets as well as the furniture. He knows his business well, was very professional, very flexible (letting me add one more chair, one more carpet...), and seemingly takes pride in a job well done. On the second occasion , he kindly fit me in on short notice saving a white wool carpet from an encounter with red wine! Highly recommend Tim and Sydney Metro.

Recently I had an excellent experience with Sydney Metro Carpet Cleaning. Tim came on scheduled time as i requested for Same day carpet cleaning and and he did steam cleaned and Sanitising and deodorising the carpets and carpets look fantastic, service was friendly. I am very satisfied and will call them anytime for future jobs.
