As EXTREMELY fussy people (one with an real overdose of OCD), we agonised over whether or not we should have our pure wool carpet cleaned after just over 10 years, prompted by an accidental green tea stain by a friend. After seeing Grant's van at a traffic light and having read his on-line testimonials, we invited Grant to come and inspect our carpet.

Our carpet was in pretty bad shape when we moved in, and Grant restored it to clean, removing large stains and overpowering smells. He was professional, arrived on time and provided a thorough service for us. I'm so happy that I can finally walk on our clean, fluffy carpet, and so grateful to Grant for doing the job properly when so many others don't. Will use again!

Extremely happy with Grant's professionalism and the end result. He provided extensive advice on treatment options for the carpet and a detailed explanation of the work he would be carrying out. The work was completed with care and our carpets that had not been professionally cleaned for 7 years (and endured the wear and tear and spills of three young children) look incredible. The only question I now have is why I didn't get Grant over earlier. Cannot recommend highly enough.
