Almost 20 years experience in commercial cleaning, facility management, flood and fire damage restoration across Melbourne. Capital Facility Services Pty Ltd is a Melbourne based commercial cleaning service contractor and facility management provider that has been in operation in various forms since 1993.

We used Capital for their Covid 19 Disinfection cleaning. They were out onsite within 2 hours and did both the surfaces and fogging to areas. Really responsive. Covered all the areas we needed. Their customer service was excellent too. Hightly recommend.

A sewage overflow caused a big mess. The guys from Capital took it in their stride and cleaned it all up, removing contaminated items that could not be saved. Within hours our home was back to normal. Huss was great and hardworking in a very testing environment.

I engaged Capital Facility Services to treat some mould and water i found at my home. I was extremely impressed from my first interaction with their office staff. Suzie was very knowledgeable and displayed empathy as I was very overwhelmed during the call. She explained the process of the initial assessment through to works being competed and scheduled their senior technician to attend. Jerry visited my home and was very thorough. His professionalism and his ability to explain the cause and the method to repair the damage was very comforting as I then knew this company knew what they were doing

I found mould in my house and Capital came to fix the problem. They removed all the mould. I was very happy with the service they provided and also with he communication from their office. I definitely recomend Capital whether the job is big or small, their team can hadle it.

Huss and the other technician took control and cleaned and dried our wet carpet. They discovered mould issues and showed them to us and explained what had to be done. They built a containment and kept our kids same from toxic mould issues until all the mould was removed. They where true gems and we are thankful they were there to help us. Thanks from all of the Theets!

Jerry and Nick from CFS were terrible. VCAT ordered our landlord to fit an ensuite which had water and mould damage that extended through the floor and under the house. Instead of removing and replacing the rotted floors they just stuck some thin ply over it.
Nick was hard to contact and it would be a week or more between visits. Despite all of that, they came to VCAT and claimed that we had delayed them!! The opposite was true. We had to follow Nick up. He failed to turn up on 4 promised occasions. Luckily we had phone records to disprove their claim that we didn't answer Nick's calls.

The technicians were prompt and provided a good explanation on what needed to be done they to ensure appropriate carpet drying of our flooded carpet. The wet carpet was dry within three days and the guys took great care in moving our furniture around without causing any damage. Thank you for your understanding and speed. We would recommend Capital for restoring flooded carpet to its original condition.
