Roman has been involved in or around building sites most of his life. He finished studying Architecture at Sydney University and has been working with Builders or as a Builder since 1981. In 1988 he obtained his Builders Licence and commenced building his own projects. Halina is married to Roman. She works part time by assisting Marie in office administration and book keeping.
Family Home Designers & Builders has over 25 years of experience in the design and renovation industry. Family Home Designers & Builders replaced our balcony and pergola in Mosman. It was apparent from the first contact that we are dealing with highly professional people. They have a great transparent process in place. This supports their personal approach and makes them easy to do business with. The owner, Roman Pazniewski met with us on site within 48 hours, Roman listened to our needs, clarified and made suggestions, took measurements and gave us a high level indicative cost. Excellent job from Family Home Designers & Builders.
I had an exposed balcony on my third floor which needed a complete new roof in order to use it properly.
During my very first meeting with Roman, he advised me about the design, council procedures, cost and time needed to finish the new roof. And Paul, who was assigned to be my supervisor; he has kept me well informed about their daily schedules until the job was completely finished. Both Roman and Paul were very caring about my concerns through out the entire construction period. The job was finished nicely and timely as we have expected.

We have had the pleasure working with the Family Home team for approximately 2 years now. They are hands down the best and most professional building company we have done work for.

When looking to perform a major renovation on our 23-year-old home, we were daunted by the huge task ahead of us. Of course, we had watched countless episodes of Grand Designs and The Block, so were mindful of how easy it was for budgets and timelines blow out.
