Frank and his team helped investigate and fix a leaking pipe underneath my shower base. If you're looking for a plumber that is professional, responsive, keeps to their appointments, cleans up after themselves and does quality work, then I would suggest calling Frank. Their customer service was much better than many other trades people that I contacted. I would have no hesitation recommending Frank Bertone Plumbing to any of my family or friends who were looking for a plumber.

Hi All, our hot water heater had some real issues on the weekend and unbeknown to us needed replacing.Frank had one of his team diagnose the issue and by lunchtime the same day had it replaced and installed with absolutely no fuss or inconvenience to us. We would thoroughly recommend him to anyone and would use him again without hesitation! 5 star service!

Prompt response and solution to my needs. He located the stormwater drain and connected the required pipes so I have adequate drainage in my backyard. Frank is good to work with and leon was accomodating. However, the concreting was not done as indicated.. missing dowels, not thick enough.. no compaction which meant the ground was sinking and poor finish.. had to replace the patch.. good people but potential lack of attention to detail
