We recently had our ducted heating unit die after 15 years. Called O’Briens and they had a service man out to look at it on the day we requested and had it replaced with a new unit within days.

We Rang around in need of Gas Man to Check Gas Heater that has not been started up since 2014 ...For QUEEN OF HEARTS ... so a major concern with risk before switching on ... and that in the meantime going with out heating .. another gas plumber insisted they couldn't help for 3 weeks ... so We Called Mr Obrein ... the Lovely Lady Receptionist Happily Checked My Situation and Organised it to be in 3 days time :) THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE
