Easy made complicated..They sent two plumbers to do ..an easy one man job.. ie..Double labour costs.. The work carried out was ..poor..shoddy and not completed...they also left pumped sewer contents on the work site.... and general surrounding working area, drain covers not replaced. This Job was to ..unblock a sewer.. their work only lasted some months before it blocked again. . I had to get the job redone by another plumber at more cost.. Their final invoice was twice plus .. ..of a regular plumber..also to note..one useless extra cost mystery service used ,was to film /record the sewer being

The worst experience I ever had. I booked the repair job via Rannai for a Brivis Buffalo 85XA on 28th July. By 31st July their technician Brandon visited the house. After one hour inspecting and diagnosing, Brandon told me that the issue could be caused by a faulty gas valve. After he charged me $285 he said he will send two quotes to me, one is for the spare part and labour cost, the other is for replacing the whole heater with a new model. I have been waiting for a whole week since then but no emails or phone calls. I called the office the next week, a lady told me since this is the busy season

Had them fix my Fireplace once. After 1 month, same error message happened. Called them again for warranty. Came out and gave the same diagnosis again, CHARGED FOR ANOTHER CALL OUT FEE and gave another quote for fixing other parts. It is now 3months, and multiple calls and their response was because I did not pay for the 2nd call out fee, they will not fix it. What a joke to deal with. All they want is to charge you as many call out fee as possible. Take my advice and find someone else.

Terrible customer service. Receptionist was rude, condescending and hard to understand on the phone due to her mumbling. We called another place that were very helpful and understanding. Would definitely not recommend dealing with this place.
