Very disappointed. called RD Plumbing to replace washers: took less than 1.5 hours, yet got charged for 2. He fixed the tap drip but created a leak in the pipe inside the bathroom vanity. I called and left him a message 5 days ago asking him to re-inspect and repair, but never heard back from him. I will now call a professional plumber to rectify the defect. Unethical and unprofessional is what best describes this business. Unfortunately, it is these rogue and unscrupulous tradespeople who give the industry a bad name.
