Advance Plumbing and Gas is owned and operated by Michael and Tara Lohrey and is a Sunshine Coast based business located in Buderim. We service a large area in the region and pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service and workmanship. We respect your property and carry out work as you would expect, with removal of boots at your door and always cleaning up at the end of the job.
As well as offering a wide range of services to our customers, we can attend to after hours plumbing or gas emergencies such as a burst water pipe, no hot water, or gas leaks. Repairs to hot water units including valves replaced and thermostats and heater elements - no need to call an electrician. Complete gas fitting services with appliance repairs and modifications or complete new installations. With rising electricity costs, consider gas cooking appliances for efficiency and ease of use.

Very impressed with Michael's work. We had him replace tap fittings in both bathrooms and laundry plus install an under-sink water filter. He arrived on time and explained everything he did really well. Michael is very thorough and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommended!

I have had Michael do work for us several times now, from fixing up our old jayco 12v fridge, to major repairs from water damage in both our ensuite and main bathroom.
Michael gave great advice in our renovations, did neat work and had no issues installing our new vanitie units.
I can definitely recommend Michael, he's fairly priced, punctual and a really down to earth nice guy, he will be my first call when I am in need of a plumber/gasfitter again.
