I struggled with posting this as I do not like to post bad reviews, but hope that my experience can save someone else the heartache that we face and continue to face.
Overall very disappointing. Commitment to quality and achieving a high level of finish was our primary concern when choosing a builder due to the large capital investment and inner city location. Would suggest if you are very hands off with no eye for detail, you will have a different experience.
A summary of our experience, which was obviously very frustrating for both parties:

I am rating these builders as 1 star due to work ethnic and customer service been atrocious , you make appointments to meet on site and no one shows up, no one emails / calls to apologise - even though I emailed 4 days prior to reconfirm the appointment and also call on the day of appointment to no answer. Could possibly be the worst construction company I’ve tried to liaise with and all due to customer service.
