Specialising in design and construct projects, QLD Building provides a wide range of building and construction services, from project selection and evaluation all the way through to project completion. We provide a full design and construct service which may include land acquisition and feasibility to project delivery.
As part of our initial planning phase, QLD Building liaises meaningfully with clients to obtain project requirements and vision, and develop those instructions into a project brief. This project brief is designed to effectively capture the client's instructions, evaluate project feasibility, and provide the basis for initial plans and design documents.
