If you can avoid them please do... We had a hot water system issue over the weekend. We called this business as they were the only ones available. They sent a plumber that had no clue. He saw the system said he needed to go to his car and came back and said "I spoke to my boss he said you need to replace this and this and this so you might as well get a new system" he quoted us nearly $3,000 for a new hot water system despite us only installing this one late 2016. We ended up not proceeding as he did not have a single clue of what the issue even was as he didn't even look at the hot water unit

Beware, read all reviews carefully, they are 100% correct when they talk about these rip off artists. They charged me $853-64 plus gst to supply and fit a pressure limiting valve 20mm- to the water mains which is in a small flower bed with no obstructions at all The Job took 20minutes..They we’re doing other jobs at my place, so they didn’t even have to come out especially.
I called around afterwards, and the most expensive quote was $420, from someone who told me that he was quoting on the worst case scenario, if there were any obstructions The quotes varied quite a bit.

Charged over $525 for a 5 minute job connecting a new fridge - first appointment all they did was cut the line as fridge was late arriving that day then had to come back to connect however payment had to be made upfront before they would return !! - I was under pressure as new fridge was on the way I agreed to pay not reading a page behind the quote of smallprint disclaimers - an hour later when I talked to regular plumber who couldnt make it and said its absolutely outrageous rip off and should cost $150 max - I tried to cancel the return visit however they refused to refund any money even though

Sadly I would never recommend this company for various reasons. An hour and a half late to the appointment which was already given as a three hour window meaning waiting at home for four and a half hours!! Advertised as ‘0’ call out fee only to be charged that fee when we didn’t accept their quote of nearly $700 to fix two washers in two taps and replace a cartridge in another. My advice - Change your misleading advertising To reflect that you do charge a fee if your quote is not accepted and change your customer service to keep them in the loop if you’re running late!! Job well done! Blocked drain Sunday morning, called and spoke to a friendly young man, walked me through a few DIY tips over the phone.
None of it worked, so called back and they sent a plumber out within a few hours, cleared the drain and found a Brocken pipe with he’s camera. Returned the next day and got it all fixed.
Wasn’t expecting things to as expensive, but very professional job, you get what you pay for I suppose

We had a water leak from what looked like our shower base. We called them out and the person they sent said it was not the shower but a pipe leak, and it would be best to pay for a water leak detection service to pin point the leak. They came the next day with the equipment at a cost of around $800 and after 10 minutes said that there was no pipe leak and that it was the shower base. They were incompetent and made us pay for a service we didn’t need and that really they didn’t carry out.

Great Service and very Responsive! I had a blocked toilet in the afternoon and I called 247 Local Plumber and they had a plumber out there in an hour. He explained that the flush-able wipes that I had been flushing down the toilet had caused the blockage and was able to clear it for me.
I learned that wipes are not flush-able as they say they are and can cause major damage to my pipework.
Use these guys if you want a knowledgeable plumber who knows what they are doing and give you tips in maintaining your pipework around the house.

Hayden from 247 tried to charge my mother between $350-$400 to use a hole saw to fit a dishwasher hose through existing cabinet. He then told her that he wasn't cheap and that plumbers don't like small jobs. Took me 10 minutes to cut a hole in the cabinet and install the new dishwasher. Absolute joke of a company and if this is how they conduct themselves professionally, based on the other 1 Star reviews, stay right away - the reviews do not lie. The final nail on the head for this visit was old mate charging $50 to have a look. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Do Not Trust them,the biggest scam ever! I got ripped off by paying $3400 to replace the new Vulcan 135l hot water system. I asked to cancel their service before they installed it on the next day because the price was way too much,but the call centre Coutney said to me 60% for cancelation fee. So I had to go ahead. He said 15 years warranty but it's only 7 years and better performance,save gas bill but at the end I got the same one as my old one. He lied to me about the product. Terrible company!!! I called because I was having issues with my hot water unit. Plumber by the name of Terry came out told me my hot water unit was new but that my valves were old and needed changing. charged me $628.20 to change 1x 15mm Tempering valve. I had that item priced at Reece- it was only $100. Job in total took 20 minutes. Being a young female he really exploited my plumbing ignorance. I have emailed and phoned numerous amounts of times with no reply and am always met with the same response which is 'no managers are currently in the office'. These people are con artists. I suggest anyone
