I called up Plumbfirst to connect my new spa gas heater, Liam came around and identified a few hazards I wasn’t aware of as i had just bought the house,my gas heater and hot water system were undercover in my enclosed entertainment area putting me and my family at risk. They explained everything and offered viable solutions, in a short time Joe, Nick, Dale connected my new continuous hot water system gas heater and power points which look like a work of art, Joe’s pipe work is excellent, did it in 30degrees heat too, the next day i called them as I wasn’t sure about a few thing they responded

Plumbfirst were on time ,the lady in the office was professional and courteous. I paid $50 to get a quote for a specific service and I waited a month with no reply.I phoned the office and was told that I will get a reply about the quote ,I phoned twice more with the same reply and no outcome.I contacted them again and demanded my $50 be returned, the lady totally agreed and said that she would escalate my concerns to the Manager/owner that was now a month ago with no reply. This is a first for me to write a negative review about a business.,though the company has made me feel stupid in paying

We've used Plumb First twice in 2 years. If you like companies that do shoddy work, who don't turn up, who you have to chance up constantly this is the company for you. If you like having to project manage a plumbing job yourself and explaining what needs to be done to the different plumbers who turn up each time these are the crew to go with. If you like two week completion timeframes extending out to months get these guys on the phone. If you value professional, quality, dependable workmanship maybe try using a company that also actually values a job well done.

A few weeks ago, I had to call a plumber to come out to a small business that I manage. At first very pleased with the service. A lady answered and was friendly and gave me an estimate and ETA. Prompt response by plumber. However when Kent arrived, I could not have felt more uncomfortable. He was rude, shoved papers in my face, demanded to know how I was paying and was so misogynistic that myself and the other three woman in the office couldn’t believe this man still exists in 2021. Maybe he expected beautiful woman bowing at his feet like some god for saving the day, but all he got was a request

PlumbFirst responded promptly to my initial call for help. My old hot water system was leaking and I asked them to install a new one. It was a difficult job in a tight cupboard but they handled the job with ease. They are very professional, experienced, and friendly. They commenced work promptly and rapidly installed all required components, both plumbing and electrical, to current regulatory requirements. They coordinated all their required tradesmen perfectly, there were no delays. The job was completed fast. I'm very happy with the end result. My new system works perfectly. Thank you PlumbFirst

Thank you, Plumbfirst Plumbing!! They installed a full-house filtration system for me to begin with and it was literally a 'first' for all of us. The process went smoothly and efficiently due to Joel's expertise and our 3-way excellent communication. I was happy to have Joel return to remodel my stormwater system = a huge job, but once again, performed professionally and quickly. Thanks go out to Tyson and Corey also who worked hard on the job in the pouring rain with Joel, who was always friendly and transparent with information. They may not be the cheapest but if you want your job done perfectly

Called Plumbfirst this morning as we had a blocked drain, all sinks and toilets backed up. Firstly the call was answered by April, lovely girl and so very helpful. Damian the plumber arrived within an hour and a half and he was so thorough, explained every step. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Could not recommend Plumbfirst highly enough, professional service and customer interaction top notch. Would have no hesitation in calling them again or recommending to everyone. Well done on a top job and I want to say a big thank you.
