Leaky hot water pipe! One call, if we cant fix it no one can. Promised to be here bewtween 1pm and 3pm. Call from the office at 2 saying there was a delay (what company does that these days....... yep!!!!!!) he was on a big job. Matthew arrived 15 minutes after 3 job done in 20 and we have hot water again..... Super impressed with the service and communication, job done at 1/4 of the price.... Cant thank you enough Twights. The kids thought he was great as he rocked up right on school finish!!!.

Sent an online query yesterday (public holiday) had a phone call first thing this morning. Then, had a super friendly guy come out this afternoon to fix my leaking toilet. Price was completely reasonable. I live locally, and I was so happy to support a local business. Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber. Thank you :-)

I have always used Twights, however I was gravely disappointed in the service today when I called to reschedule the plumber due to the tenant not being available at the last visit. Instead of leaving the property after 10-15 minutes because the plumbers could not get a hold of the tenants, they cut the gate padlock and proceeded with the work. Nor I or the tenant authorised this and consequently a neighbour has seen this and started abusing the plumber on site. I was shocked and disappointed that they would compromise both of our reputations by doing such a thing and said this to Ben when he called

So glad I took the recommendation of a neighbour. Twights were out within 3 hours of my phone call. Detected the leak and had it fixed so quickly and even fixed a leaky tap that was unrelated to the original problem without charging extra. Gave extra advice to prevent further issues in the future. Receptionist was lovely. Customer for life now, thanks guys!
