The company confirmed 10am on a Friday verbally over the phone twice. I sent a text to re confirm time and date and never received a response. on the day they did not turn up and when i tried to ring they didn't answer any of my calls. luckily I managed to find another company on the same day and text to cancel this booking as they had been a no show and un responsive, already an hour late. They then text and said booking was 12pm not 10am which is incorrect but attempted to put the blame on me. i have NEVER dealt with a company that is so unresponsive and hard to get an answer from. Do not use

Initially booked JWAY cleaning services to steam clean our lounge & rug however they did not show up & messaged last minute to say someone wasn’t coming.
Messaged Sam for a quote who replied straight away and advised he could be there within the half hour. He was professional and the couch & rug are clean! Very happy with the service & would definitely recommend.

I have used Excellent Services a number of times on my carpets, lounges, rugs… and each time I have been extremely Impressed with the service, quality and care provided. The team is all really lovely, they have each time been able to remove all dirt and stains and make my items feel, smell and look fresh and clean.
I should also say, I have often messaged very last minute and they will always try and accomodate and fit me in. They have never missed an appointment or been very late, once or twice they messaged stuck in traffic which I appreciate and that was only a few minutes late.

Didn't show, when I called to check what was happening, was told I would get a call back shortly. 1 hour later rang back, phone switched off. Don't take bookings if you can't fulfil. Extremely annoying. And now owner is lying and saying I was "sent" proof of van breaking down. Man up Sam, you stuffed up. Also you never called me to arrange another time. It's a strange way to run a business. I found an excellent person who showed up promptly. Clean Master Sydney is the one I recommend. You will also see many negative comments for "Excellent Services" also no shows. Would seem a trend.
