We had a shocking experience at the stressful time of moving. We had to finish the job ourselves. I paid nearly $600 for one man for 4 hours who was cranky and spent a lot of time on the phone. I gave a couple of instructions that he didn’t follow. A professional would not allowed the water from washing the bathroom floor to saturate half a metre of carpet. Most of the cupboards were not cleaned. Another man turned up and worked for just over an hour. The response to my complaints from the company about standard jobs like the dirty oven and dirty window sills was that these jobs are at an extra
