Went into the display homes out at Elliot Springs - spoke to Dimity Voute - took such time to take me around the beautiful home and talk to me about what I wanted in a home. Even though Elliot Springs is not where I want to build, Dimity took time to look for various other land options for us!!! 5/5 stars great customer service, beautiful home!!

Just would like to say Tropical Homes and specifically Murray were excellent to work with to get into our first home. They both made the experience as stress free as it possibly can be and provided solutions at every turn any time something came up.
There was no pressure in any way while deciding and they went to extreme lengths to assist us with… all the details of going through a new home purchase. I would (and have) recommended both tropical homes the company and Murray to anyone who wants to consider buying a new house.

Tropical Homes, from the moment Rick and I met Randall, going back 7/8 weeks ago, we were amazed at how helpful, friendly and obliging he was. Absolutely no pressure but rather, "He" went out off his way to accommodate us. At times when, through no fault off our own, "things" became somewhat complex, Randall maintained calm, a professional manner… and asurred "us" that patience is the key. Finally Ya Hoooo!!!! Yes Tropical Homes have allowed us early access to one off their beautiful homes situated at Cosgrove. The transition was made simple, the moving process off course is tiring but that

We bought a new Tropical home in 2011 as an investment property. Worst decision we have ever made. Poor fittings and fixtures and bad design. Air conditioners and dishwasher have had to be replaced. Toilet constantly blocking up due to poor design. Hot water leaks, broken clothes line, ceiling fans not working. We have good tenants and the problems are not due to misuse. Over the 7 yrs we have had the property just about everything has broken and had to be replaced. Very unhappy.
