Bad decision to choose this mob house never build and lost government grant,,, keep raising the price after the contract end up terminating the contract,, waste our six month time and money.

We built with Jazz homes and living in our new house since end of April.The best customer service we ever had.Patiently and eagerly listening and adding any of our ideas and plans and made the changes according to our needs.We are 100% happy with the selection of the builder and recommend them for everyone if you want a peace of mind after signing the contract. Great builders with prompt action for any complaints even after moving in.

Very unpleasant experience with Belinda who seemed to be more focused on making a sale. She's very pushy. I'm glad I found someone who sincerely cares about what I want to build and respects when my reply is a bit delayed.

From a disaster comes a positive, well that's how it happened for us. Back in February when our house was inundated by the flood waters Pete and Michelle were there guiding and advising us , mitigating any further damaged to our house in Idalia. Not knowing at the time but this assisted us in the repairing process and helped prevent any additional delays during the rebuild. Robyn's foresight and design idea's have transformed our home into more than we ever anticipated making the decision process smooth during a very stressful time.
