Plantation Builders have no sense of accountability after they removed fence at my property without seeking consent or following any governmental guidelines, written application. Fence has been removed for over 2 weeks and no response from Plantation Builders or any of their managers despite calling their head office multiple times. I have sent emails about how their negligence is putting my property and family at risk as there have been reports of unlawful activities in the area. I had put sign up at the gate "Private Property Do not enter", only to be ignored by their contractor and walked right

The most disappointing builder to deal with by far! Nothing but empty promises from the beginning! So unbelievably sneaky and unreliable! Claimed they needed to take money from our deposit to do soil testing on land that had not even had the civil works completed in the estate around it and was not even registered yet to collect such data!
Absolutely disgusting experience!
Side note- the fact that every negative review has been addressed means that plantation clearly disappoint enough people that someone has wrangled a full time job out of replying!

We received terrible customer service from a consultant at the Helensvale office. He was dismissive, rude and refused to answer questions despite us asking multiple times for straight answers via email. We feel like we have dodged a bullet by finding an alternative builder who has been helpful and transparent in communication while setting up our build project.

We've used Plantation homes recently to build a house on the Gold Coast. The process starts smooth with a salesperson who wants you to pay the deposit. We've paid a $2500 deposit and waited for 3 months for the paperwork to be completed. They came back to us saying, "No build due to flood". The salesperson Brad Kopcikas-Yates @ Helensvale knew it was a flood zone area but never mentioned that Plantation Homes only builds on concrete slabs. We provided him with all the information he needed including a contour survey. He knew from the beginning that a concrete slab is NOT an option for us, yet he

It's a second time building thinking they would meet up the wheelchair accessible requirements but they failed it again. The Tender department are so unprofessional and out of sence and failed to provide correct information about skylights and safety doors. Would never recommend anyone to build with them again.

My partner and I have been shopping around for a builder for our first home, we had a look at the display homes and absolutely loved the styles they had, so I sent an email asking for some information as our build was a little while away. I spoke to the sales rep who gave me confidence because he seemed very knowledgeable and gave me some options on what would be best suited for the block. A few months later our land is not to far away from being registered so we would be able to build on it soon. I emailed the person I previously spoke to and booked in a weekend appointment

Response to screen shots below - Yes, the Home Assurance team did contact my partner Nick, just before your replied to his review, good to know that all we have to do to get a response is leave a one star review, and whilst you statement is correct “The Home Assurance team have been in contact with you and attended to address your concerns on a number of occasions, and they have also recommended a remediation option, offered as a gesture of goodwill, which we hope you will respond to shortly.” Your responses neglects to point out how many emails and calls Nick had to make to get the response

After being in our home 14 months our floor planks are lifting at the seams and bubbling. Upon contacting plantation they sent Carpet Call out to check the issue and it was found there was no water leakage and no installation error.
I then spoke with Frank who informed me it is not a builders fault and therefore not their problem. Now we are going to have to replace our floors not even 18 months after morning in, costing thousands because of poor attention to detail.
Not happy with the service provided after they have sold the property, overall I would go elsewhere where they will take care of
