My experience with Palladio Homes so far has been nothing short of amazing! Lynette Malcolm has been absolutely incredible from the get-go. She has been so friendly, helpful, resourceful and highly accommodating. Given that it's a custom build on a slope, she was happy to look at my personal design, made changes and came up with a great one which ticked all boxes. I literally put all my trust on her and signed up the contract without a second thought! Just finished my colour selection with Tania who made it real smooth and was highly supportive as well. Looking forward to begin the actual construction

Recently we have had the best experience from Christiane Clapp from Palladio homes at the show home at Gainsborough greens Pimpama. Thank you so much Christiane for all your extra time and effort you put into getting us to the stage we are at. We would have not been able to have had a house if it wasn't for your help and persistence. You were so quick to respond to our emails which make things so stress free. Just finished building my home with Palladio. Christiane was absolutely a pleasure to deal with she went above planning my home. Nicole also goes the extra mile and even after the build is still helping me as it is my first built home. Jeff the building supervisor was so easy to deal with over 6 and half months I had no issues and still don't. Home is exactly how we planned and the team really go above and beyond. Thank you Palladio. I highly recommend your company to all.

We are excited to be commencing the build of our new home with Palladio in the near future and feel confident from dealing with Christiane throughout the initial stages that Palladio will deliver on quality and service.
Although we could have contracted with a number of alternative builders , some cheaper, we decided to stick with Palladio based purely on the lady at the front desk, Christiane.
She is a happy friendly face when you enter the showroom, and Palladio should be lucky to have her as their representative at the front desk of their business.
We are not easy customers and quite finnicky

Palladio homes have been accommodating and professional to deal with. No request has been too difficult and they have been incredibly quick to get accurate prices and information back to the client. Their customer service team make you feel like friend rather than a number. I have built with larger companies in the past and have been highly disappointed on a number of levels. I would definitely recommend Palladio homes to anyone looking to build their next home.

Before we walked into the Palladio office for the first time we had been to see a number of builders and out of everyone the service we received (and continue to receive) is by far the best!
