We used Yates Builders to build our house. He was recommended by our draftsmen. Yates were extremely professional and were good at explaining implications of any changes. Their online service, which provided up to date photos and amendments meant we were always aware of how the build was going. Lukas and his team were really professional and I certainly can't speak highly enough of Tim their project manager. They built to time schedule, managed my expectations and kept on budget. We are totally stoked by our house and really love it. Lukas was patient, generous with his time in explaining things

We have worked with Lukas, Deb & the team on our home over the last 5 years, and have always found them to be professional, punctual and great to deal with.
We recently had a scenario where our neighbor engaged with a different builder who provided them a cheap quote. Well, they got what they paid for and created no end of trouble for us. In short, after $100K's of damage to our property, we had to rely on the expertise of Lukas and his team. Lukas and his team not only managed to rectify the damage, complete in a timely manner and within budget. They provided us an accurate quote, detailed scope

Lukas committed to assist us to design and deliver a house on budget, took our money and came in 70% OVER budget. We could not understand how someone with (apparently) so much industry knowledge wouldn't have the foresight and professionalism to stop early into our engagement and cancel the contract or at least advise. Instead Lukas was more focused on getting docs signed, taking our money, and NOT delivering what was promised - can't say just how disappointed I am. I'll be taking this further.
