Salt Chlorinator and Robotic Pool Cleaner upgrade was carried out by Jake a few days ago. The process from start to finish went very smoothly and we are more than happy with the outcome. We recently had our concrete pool completely renovated... overall the guys make the experience great and we are more than happy with the result..
From the start offering advice from their expertise we felt very comfortable, the pricing was good and the work was followed through professionally with good quality products. The results are amazing and we are very happy.. we would definately highly recommend using Coral Pools.

Stay away from this father and son disaster. Steve and Jake Sutcliffe are the worst pool builders in Australia. Workmanship is amateurish and they don't return to fix issues, they were abusive and threatening over the phone. They would not complete their work and just demanded final payment 2K which I wouldn't make until all is completed and running as per contract signed they then broke in to our property and STOLE pool equipment. We had another pool company complete our works and this is now a police matter. Pool handover is a complete joke. They don't even leave the pool clean. They just drop

To anyone reading this review about Coral pools please think carefully before committing to use these cowboy's,we contracted this father and son team over three months ago to build our brand new pool in our brand new home what a huge mistake.These guys put the pool in the ground the wrong way around and still haven't fixed it all that have done is cut all the concrete around the pool making a huge mess and leaving all the boken concrete out the front of our house on the drive.They don't respond to phone calls or emails and never return calls We are unable to get our COA due to the fact it is unfinished

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jake, Chloe and the boys for the recent installation of my in ground spa. The whole experience has been great not only did they assist me with the design of the spa and it’s installation they also gave me great advice on landscaping and fence installation. The final product has exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend this company if you are building a new pool.

Steve and Jake are excellent pool builders with tons of experience and knowledge.
I contacted several pool builders to get a quote for a concrete pool with most builders sending me a quote within 48 hours and not even consulting me with my needs or vising the site. Coral Pools made the effort to come visit me after I was unreachable via phone and this is where it all began. I had an existing in ground pool that had to be removed, i wanted an alfresco built, backyard paved and Coral Pools arranged everything for me instead of me having to go through others. They acted as Project Managers and did

We had a fibreglass pool built with Coral Pools - nothing short of amazing. The admin and office staff were great helping us with all of our issues with council and always happy to answer and the boys in construction were great throughout the build and communication was top notch. Can not thank Steve, Jake and the whole Coral Pools team enough for making our dream pool a reality!

The whole team at Coral Pools have been amazing from initially choosing our pool right through to the finishing touches, they have gone above and beyond. They are approachable and personable and consulted with us all the way through the process, being proactive in providing solutions when we hit a snag with council owned pipe work. Will happily recommend to anyone looking to install a pool.
