We are your neighbour for the attached single storey Spec Home of your's in Wyndham Vale that has been under construction for more than a year (with rotting wood) and stopped work. Please contact me ASAP to make arrangements to pay your share for the shared fence. I have no other means to contact you as the notice was not responded to

As a first home buyer, we were so nervous and reluctant in choosing a builder for our home. After carefully searching and meeting with different home builders in Werribee, me and my wife decided to go ahead with Beam Homes. The main reason was their huge collection of home designs. After choosing and finalizing home design, we ask for minor changes and these were done without compromising on initial quote. Keys were handed to us on time without any delay. After consulting with three different home builders in Werribee, I decided to go with Beam Homes Melbourne. I was glad to see how they change my home design according to my limited budget.
