An important factor for us when we set out to build our first home, was the size of the building company as this directly relates to the quality of the build and also the construction time. Cameron and Tobie are a small operation with a very personalised approach. Tobie is very patient when doing the legwork prior to construction with regards to pricing and contract management.

I Highly Recommend Bluewater...
I live at "The Braxton Apts" Palm Bay, Florida for 11 years. I am retired so
renovations are never easy especially while people are still living in the space. IMO, this company did a great job with the kitchen and bathroom. All the crew were respectful, kind, detailed and did very nice work. Kudos go to the Superintendent Team: Renee, James, Austin, Hunter, Chris and Justin. I am the daughter of a Construction Superintendent and I know how tough it all can be. I can't even come up with enough words of how good they all are. I do recommend you

Workers from this company were contracted by the apartment complex I live in for interior renovations. I was out of town the two days work was being done on my unit. I came home to absolutely filthy floors with mud and boot marks. My bathroom and kitchen rugs were flung Willy nilly all over my apartment. The toilet brush flung in my closet hallway. My shower curtain off the rod tossed in the bathtub. The door to the patio left unlocked. The most disrespectful and unprofessional thing I discover was that my dinning room chairs were used as a stepping stool. They are now completely disgusting and
