From beginning to end this move has been stressful and it’s all because of Allied. The sales lady was initially friendly then turned rude and blamed me for not showing items via zoom, well I went through every room and every cupboard. Plus I got quotes from 2 others and they came to my house, we were not in lockdown at the time but mask wearing was required.
I got them to pack for me and they are no doubt the worst packers in the world. If I packed I would have used half the boxes and much less waste. Boxes were half empty and weirdly packed I.e they packed my vacuum cleaner in a box sleuth

They may be “careful” with someone’s goods, but screaming off down a residential street collecting an NBN line and ripping the cable off the post, and branches off numerous trees on their departure was not very “careful” and was downright dangerous. They didn’t even stop to check the carnage, just drove off. When we reported this to Head Office, they just got all defensive and didn’t want to take ownership or even commit to investigate. Cowboys!

After not packing the entire house even though we paid for a full house pack and unpack. We then had to spend more money on packing by buying our own boxes. We were also told that they dont take bed frames down even though on arrival to our destination we were informed they do.
we made a complaint about the pack not being completed and this has… continually had the buck passed around the company and no result.
the boxes have been requested for pick up and booked. this day passed and still not picked up, i rang yesterday to ensure this is done and again got given the bounce around.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to our removal team for yesterday’s move, from Hawthorne to Tallai. You all worked exceptionally hard despite an awkward pick up, a long drive with terrible traffic… conditions, and screaming children at the other end. From start to finish you continue to have a positive and professional attitude toward the job and my husband and I are extremely grateful for your careful handling and attention to detail. You dedication to ensure everything was in its place and that the beds were set up before completion of the job excelled beyond our expectations

The worst removalist company ever. One of their removalist's turned up drunk and broke items then lied about it - I followed the truck when they left and they pulled into a bottle shop and bought more booze. The damage to items that turned up was extreme and they tried to avoid paying the insurance on it. Their staff lied about conversations etc. Bottom feeders of the removal world, no idea what they are doing and their removalist's are just students doing cash jobs for the day.

I recently used Allied Pickfords to move from Sydney to the Hunter Valley. The whole process was smooth from the initial quote to delivery. It certainly took (most of) the stress out of moving to have the team come in on moving day and take care of everything. The movers were friendly, professional and got the job done in good time and no damage. Everything was put where I asked.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Allied Pickfords again for future moves.
