The first contact was professional spoke to Scott awesome guy made everything clear and assertive no delay in emails going back and forth answered my questions and no extra costs other than service that was provided arrived earlier than we would have thought and the guys took great care of our things put the heavy things in the places we wanted just a overall Greta experience and we would love to book the services if ever needed in the future.

Had an appointment with Caloundra Removal to quote my Interstate move, they postponed our original appointment and then no showed the second appointment. I called numerous time to see what was going on, and got a call back from the office, who didn’t know where the Sales person was, but they said they would follow up. Got no reply, however the next day they email a quote, without ever seeing or discussing what was to be moved. Interesting way of doing business, if they were too busy, or couldn’t be bothered they should have just said so, instead of making an appointment and then no showing

I couldn't recommend Caloundra Removals more highly. They were recommended by our neighbours, and true to the feedback were easy to deal with, quoted a very reasonable price, and made the move itself a breeze. The removalists on the day were personable and professional, and took excellent care of everything. It made the whole experience stress-free, and that has never been my experience of moving before! Absolutely amazing experience with Caloundra Removals. From the moment I called to obtain a quote, the weeks leading up to collection these guys have been absolutely amazing. The customer service was great. The guys that did collection i could not fault one bit, the loaded everything so quickly and efficiently. The guys unloading were amazing as well making sure they put as much of the stuff as they could in the right places. I have read the reviews and cannot believe what I read. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. My brother who has multiple sclerosis (a paralysing illness and disability) and is in a wheel chair has been waiting for them to deliver the recliner chair he needs for his condition for over 2 weeks. From Adam, to Michael to Blake they have continually lied to me and my disabled brother about the delivery date constantly making excuses for not delivering it and postponing the delivery date on 5 occasions now. They make promises that are dishonest and do not return calls. They are unreliable, unprofessional
