My garage door spring broke so the set needed to be replaced. I called a number of repairers to get a quote and decided to go with Alex @ New Image Garage Doors.
His price was competitive but what made him stand out above the others was his friendly demeanor. Alex was very informative even though I was clear that I was only looking for a quote at that stage. He asked many questions, requested that I send images so he could see the problem and was quick to respond.
His services were locked in for the next day. Alex was punctual, efficient and still took the time to answer all my questions.

Alex was punctual, affordable, experienced and efficient. Called him in the morning. Arrived close to ETA on the same day and completed the repair my pannle door in under an hour. Doors wire had come off the wheel and he had replaced them for me and serviced the door for a very good price compared to another installer that I had called.

Highly recommended. I contacted Alex after my garage door failed on me on a Sunday. He was polite and contacted me first thing Monday morning to arrange a visit. Visited on the same day, diagnosed the issue as a faulted motor (over 20 years old) and went through options with me. The unit was replaced the same day within hours. There was no pressure to have the job done by him but was an honest genuine tradie so was happy to give Alex the job. Thanks!
