Nathan did an emergency repair job for us on Saturday night at 9pm in Bacchus Marsh, after our door spring came away from the bricks. A truly amazing guy. He arrived 30 mins after the call and did a top professional job. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable, capable tradie with reasonable charges and great ethics.

I would highly recommend these guys. I got a new motor from Nathan and Nicole as my other one died. New motor has been working fantastic, very smooth but not only that Nathan and Nicole take pride in there work and always make it easy and smooth. Lovely people to have a chat with also whilst they work. Thank you for such a great service too.

A month ago high winds badly damaged our roller door leaving it in a dangerous position. With a "what do I do now?" situation I Googled emergency roller door repairs, read the 5 star reviews for Nathan and gave him a call. He asked me to send photos. To my amazement he said he could fix it, quoted a price and could be there in one hour. Nathan arrived, fixed the door and took the time to give me advice about the door and motor. One month later and the door is still working. Thanks Nathan, you are truly amazing!

Definitely 5 stars. Late at night my garage door jammed because of a power failure and I could not get my car out. I need it for medical appointments.
Nathan arrived very quickly and not only fixed the problem but identified and fixed other problems which would have made it impossible for me to manually raise the door. What a star!! Costs extremely reasonable . I reckon that if you have a door problem then Nathan is your man

I highly recommend Nathan from Lock N Secure! Had our Centurion roller door clap out late on a Friday night, contacted Nathan on the Saturday, he asked me to send some images through for him and from these he diagnosed what the problem was and how to repair it. Arranged for Nathan to come out on the Monday and he was here by the time he said he would be here, was here for an hour and completely repaired and serviced it! Repairs and service are of a high quality and Nathan was an awesome bloke and easy to deal with. The best part of this was his price. Very cheap as I was expecting it to be in the

Received a fantastic experience getting our garage door fixed. Responses for quotes and and different options came across really quickly and efficiently . Work was done in a timely manner and the quality of work is top notch. We would definitely contact Lock N Secure again if we had any other work to be done for our garage. It is definitely efficient,reliable and value for for money in terms of cost.
