We have had roller shutters installed twice for our property and both times were quite good. It is an easy process; quote, schedule a date, install the roller shutters and then the electrician schedules a day to finish the job. My only negative experience is the person who confirms the measurements. They SMS or call with less than 24hrs notice and get snippy when you aren't available due to work, etc. I'd certainly recommend but next time I will be requesting more notice so as not to delay any of the process.

We had a shutter installed on our big west/north facing window a couple of years ago and it's been great at cutting down on the heat that came through that window.
Fast forward to this year and we decided to get shutters on the north/west facing kitchen window and the street facing bedroom one.
I cannot commend OzShut highly enough; the process was easy, there is no hard sell, there's a range of colours to choose from, installation is quick and all the workers take their rubbish with them and clean up after themselves.
The electricians that came to install the switches did so in a timely manner

Great shutters that do an awesome job of keeping the heat, noise and light out. We put them on our west facing, road facing windows and we couldn’t be happier. My wife (who is a shift worker), now prefers to sleep in the front bedrooms when sleeping during the day because it is darker, quieter and cooler than the rest of the house. We may look at getting more windows done in the future.

We've used OzShut to install both manual and electric shutter at 2 different properties. The service has always been good, no major problems with the instalations. Technicians were quick to replace the one faulty winder we had. No problems since then.

A very smooth experience from sales to installation. The sales guy was non pushy and understood my need to get other quotes. OzShut turned out to be cheapest, and use a quality product. I work shifts so I need my room dark and quiet during the day. These shutters are excellent for keeping out the daylight, and also sound as they are insulated.
They look great and match seamlessly with the paint of my house.

We have been very pleased with our decision to go with OzShut Roller Shutters. With recent storms we slept well safe in the knowledge we had extra protection from the prevailing weather for the first time. With the shutters down we also get good protection from the strong summer sun and living on a main road they have both cut the traffic noise and stopped car headlights flicking into our bedrooms disturbing our sleep. Well worth the initial cost and would highly recommend these shutters. Security is an added bonus. Great service and excellent product.
