After sending photos to another so called shutter repairer, he advised it would need replacing and was unable to help me .
I then contacted Mr Rollershutter, spoke to Jane who scheduled a site visit for the next morning .
Connor called advising they were on their way arriving on site on time.
Both he & Ambrose were polite & efficient, repairing the shutter in under an hour.
The price was fair & reasonable & the service appreciated.

We've been happy with Mr Rollershutter's service overy many years, who maintained our (very) old shutters as best as possible. We've now had them replace our two front rollershutters, after getting several other quotes. Professional, not pushy, prompt, and phoned beforehand to let us know they're on their way. The shutters are great quality, fit perfectly and so quiet.

Do not attend bookings. Do not return calls. Countless days spent waiting for booked in repairs. Lost count of the calls I've made to follow up no shows and to try and secure a repair day. By my count weve had 5 no shows so far. Unfortunately the job was authorised through our real estate agent so we couldn't simply go elsewhere at our leisure. We will be sure to write a detailed complaint to the agent however to ensure this is not repeated for other 2nd class renters. If this was my business, I would be utterly ashamed.

We made the appointment for Wednesday, they rang on Wednesday to reschedule to Thursday. Waited on Thursday then they rang and rescheduled again for Saturday. Was then stung with a $113 call out fee which had not been previously mentioned in any communication. When I rang to query why this was not mentioned previously and disappointment in being mucked around with appointment date nothing was offered in any form of compensation or even an apology. Will not be using them again

My experience with getting quotes was exhausting, several other companies were pushy , intimidating and consistently phoned me practically demanding that I accept their quote . One in particular actually halved the cost if I accepted immediately. Mr roller shutters were extremely helpful and polite , I would recommend them to everyone and in fact I have and everyone has had them install or repair their shutters.

Having used Mr Rollershutter previously 8years ago to supply and install 4 shutters, decided to do the remainder 10. As expected Rod did a fantastic job as our place is unique in the way that it is not the standard double brick home where the blind is easily placed in the reveal, its a steel frame, cladded pole home in the hills so requires a bit more expertise in framing to enclose the blind etc which he does really well, very tidy looking and actually frames the windows perfectly. The bonus with Mr Rollershutter is the owner Rod, comes out and measures and installs himself so you dont have the

5 Star Service. Thank you to Rod from Mr Rollershutter for fixing my roller shutters. He arrived on time, took the time to explain the issue, repaired it with the minimum of fuss & didn't try the "hard-sell" to upgrade to a new shutter when he was able to easily fix the existing issue. Mr Rollershutter are prompt, professional & very friendly. Best of all they didn't charge an "arm & a leg" for the work. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Rollershutter.
