After a disastrous experience which saw a "piano removalist" unable to get the legs off my baby grand and crack the paintwork in the process, Peter and Levi from F.M. Olde were a breath of fresh air. Professional, reliable and super knowledgeable on all things pianos they moved both my baby grand and upright quickly and without any trouble (and managed to remove the legs in 10 seconds). Worth every cent. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

These guys were given an extremely difficult task of moving my grand piano on a rainy day, down 30 stairs in the outdoors. They moved the piano with caution and care and were always extremely responsive and reasonable. No hidden shocks or charges and the price was the best by far! I'll always be using and recommending these guys to everyone! Thank you!

I was nervous about the difficult access for delivery of my baby grand piano, but the team at FM Olde were fantastic, and got the job done professionally and as smoothly as promised.

Office staff were helpful and friendly. All charges were explained prior to booking. I relocated my pianola and the movers called ahead to let me know when they were picking up. They arrived on time and loaded my piano. It was placed in storage for a couple of days and then delivered to me. Again, communication was great and the movers phoned me to let me know when they would arrive to deliver the piano. They were on time, polite, courteous and handled my old pianola which has been in the family for over 80 years With great care. I would highly recommend this company, they were a pleasure to deal

I've used FM Olde three times now, and highly recommend them. They recently moved my grand piano, which required it be carried up 30 stairs at one location. They always seem to make the move look easy, and I trusted them entirely. The communication was excellent; they called the day before to let me know when to expect them, were on time, and called when they were close by both the pick up and delivery locations. I've never had a problem with them or had any damage caused. Highly recommend.

Have used FM Olde piano removals 3 times now with apartment & townhouse moves with stairs, always very easy to deal with, no matter how difficult the location might be. My piano is more sentimental than an instrument, these guys are true professionals, you never have to worry. Just let them do their job, they do it perfectly. Great communication and very friendly. I wouldn't bother even getting a quote anywhere else, very happy with these guys every time. Thanks again!
