I had my carpet taken out and replaced with engineered boards by Wilson and his team from Floors Mart.
Wilson was very patient and knowledgeable in the quoting phase and accommodated a couple of requests by me to revise the quote.
He reassured me that the skirting boards could be taken out carefully and reused after the flooring was put in. I am sure glad I did not
listen to some of those who are supposed to be in the trade who told me that the skirts would have to be thrown out and new ones put in.
This was definitely not the case. The workers carefully removed each skirt, numbered them and

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We decided we wanted timber floors before we moved in in 2 weeks, James worked with us and moved around his appointments to make it happen. We had brand new timber floors within a week. We went with one of the ones on special and they turned out so great! They make our house look so much more modern than it did with the tiles before.

MFM has just installed our spotted gum engineered floorboards, the result is better than what we have expected. The craftsmanship from Fish and his team was astonishing. I am so glad to be helped by Wilson, the boss of Melb Floorsmart in Springvale. He is very knowledgeable, professional and best of all, gave a very reasonable quote. He helped supervised the removal and installation of my flooring, plastering and painting of my property when I was away and video called me on the progress. I have never met him in person, yet he turned out to be an authetic honest trade guy, which is hard to come by nowadays. So strongly recommend business with Wilson at MFM at Springvale!

Knowing movements were to be restricted I got in touch with the crew by email.prompt response. Offered mobile for contact. Sent pics as I needed 1 box.it was an older product and they had it in stock. Was offered many color choices. I'm mixing them :) the crew were great.
