Layered timber flooring product are made of an actual but thin veneer of fine hardwood on top of a base of high-quality plywood. All our Engineered timber flooring has the latest advances in technology, engineered hardwood provides ease of installation and long term performance. With dimensionally stable base layers engineered hardwood is less susceptible to the variations of moisture and temperature change.
The top wear layer of laminate flooring is cellulose paper impregnated with clear melamine resins. Just below it is the design layer- a photo or pattern printed on paper and strengthened with resins. The core is usually durable fiber board the bottom stabilised layer is made of paper or melamine. Individual laminate pieces can look like real wood.
