We are passionate about building and everything that comes with it. Being a bespoke building company, we are able to provide a complete service to our clients. Liaison with your architect and consultants to ensure smooth communication and understanding of design and construct. Detailed pricing and scope of works based on your plans and wish list to form part of your fixed price building contract.
To begin with we always make sure we have your details and a brief overview of your project. We then arrange an informal chat to help us better understand your home ideas and discuss options you may not have considered. We explore different layouts, design ideas, interior and exterior styles, and review any photos you may have collected along the way.
This is the guy you will see at your initial meeting, when your final proposal is presented, at each of your site meetings, during construction, at handover and for a maintenance visit a year after your build. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience is great value to those lucky enough to work with him.

We were referred to Saltash homes by a local tradesman in the bayside area of Wynnum. We needed a company to provide a Project including decking, lighting and fans, bifold doors with screening. By running with Saltash we felt very confident of a successful conclusion. The owner of Saltash Brett and his tradesman were excellent and the finish product far exceeds our expectations. We would recommend Saltash for any size renovations.

Massive thanks to Brett, Kahu and Nathan who did an amazing job planning and bringing to life our new back deck! It has completely transformed our home. It was a pleasure to have the boys here while the build was happening, they were always so tidy, polite and helpful. Julie and I would like to congratulate and thank Brett and his team for the renovation project they carried out for us on our first investment property in Brisbane.
