Naik's Renovations is a family business owned by Prashant 'Paul' Naik. With 17yrs experience in the industry he brings plenty of experience to the business. The company has a QBCC Licence in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating and Waterproofing a WHSQ Licence in Class B Asbestos Removal. Naik's Renovations are also Accredited Stormseal Installers.

The team at Naik's Renovations is dedicated and focused, completing all types of renovation work. After dealing with some of the worst service, being quoted crazy prices and people not turning up, Paul contacted me and provided me with an excellent price and came after hours due to my job needing to be completed asap.

Once at my house and discussing with him the jobs i would be doing, he offered to take care of everything including parts and to come after hours again to complete the work. The jobs completed were done so well it looked like new. I will definitely keep his details for any other work and highly recommend him.

So Mr.Paul Naik The Naik's Renovations hahahahahahahaaa .. so this guy knows nothing, like seriously nothing. He will come to your place, he will take measurements, he can not give you any innovative ideas or great suggestions, he will just write note it down what all you will ask him to do, THEN HE WILL TAKE PICTURES .. this is where the real work starts lol .. he shows the pictures to the respective Tradies whom he knows and he ask them to quote for the job. He himself doesn't have a team, he does nothing himself as he knows nothing about how things are done, he just comes to you take the measurement

Paul and his team are absolute legends. We have a queenslander that required extensive renovations, inside and out. The quality of work and craftsmanship was beyond excellent. Paul's attention to detail, vision and foresight was an immense help getting the beautiful end result we desired. His team are reliable and punctual. No job was too big or small and he often went over and above what was required. Paul is friendly and approachable, and genuinely cares about his clients and the quality of his work. This job involved new bathroom, kitchen, tiling, painting inside and outside, asbestos removal

Paul, was a fastidious worker who was honest and wanted only the best for my house. He sorted our downstairs bathroom to a level that I honestly didn't expect. His commitment to the job and willingness to discuss any issues or just shoot the breeze made him approachable, and his ability to listen and complete the job in the way that was asked is amazing.

Had the misfortune to be contacted by this contractor from a third party organisation that provides contacts for work requests, the work was for a carpentry project, this contractor has no carpentry qualifications
A job that would normally take a reasonably skilled carpenter six hours stretched over two days, and being invoiced for twenty two hours plus six hundred dollars for materials
The predatory behaviour of this person is alarming
If you require an air tasker job, this is probably all he is capable of.
Presently I have these matters being investigated by third party organisations providing
